Natural methods for detoxification include the following:


Detoxifying fruit juices

Morning :

Drink 1 litre of salted lemon juice, papaya tea or mint tea to cleanse the colon

Afternoon :


Drink Fresh Green Leaf shake

Detoxifying meals

Breakfast :

Rice congee and white corn / nonsweetened fruit juice

Lunch :


Unpolished rice / Salad with tamarind juice dressing
Unpolished rice / Salad with lemon dressing
Unpolished rice / Salad

Dinner :

Sweet pumpkin soup / Fruit juice
Potato soup / Fruit juice
Spinach soup / Fruit juice


Note :

Drinking salted lemon juice or papaya tea before exercising helps cleanse the colon and makes detoxification more effective.

Warm mint tea with different herbs is to be taken dilute on the first day and increasingly concentrated on the succeeding days to aid detoxification.

Fresh Green Leaf shake should be taken before 3 pm, then the body allowed to rest.
Tamarind and lemon contain nature antioxidants.
